We are charged via our delivery provider and couriers for this service, we pass on these costs as listed in the table below:

Delivery times

Ready-to-order


Ready-to-order shipping times are estimated from when your package is dispatched. Our marketplace partners dispatch your orders within forty-eight (48) hours and your order should arrive approximately within 2-7 business days. We are not responsible for customs delays or payment issues, but we will do our best to avoid any potential issues.


Made-to-order


Made-to-order and/or custom made order shipping times are estimated from when your package is dispatched. Our marketplace partners dispatch your orders within 2-14 days (if not mentioned otherwise when the order is confirmed) and your order should arrive approximately within 2-7 business days. We are not responsible for customs delays or payment issues, but we will do our best to avoid any potential issues.

Free Shipping


Certain marketplace partners provide free shipping. If a marketplace partner does offer this, you will see it on the product's information page, within your shopping cart, and during checkout.


Customs and Duties


Orders shipped from the United Kingdom (UK) or European Union (EU), or United States (US) to other parts of the world might be subject to local duties and taxes. Currently, we do not cover these charges, and VAT is not included in the price of any item. Upon receiving your order, you will be required to settle customs duties and fees locally. Please remember, that you are accountable for any customs and duties associated with your order's delivery.


If you need more details before placing your order, reach out to your local customs office. Should you decline to cover the parcel's charges, your country's customs will discard it, and no refunds will be issued. Any additional fees, including holding, entrance, or abandonment charges, might also be charged to your payment method.


Order location


Your order will be dispatched directly from the respective marketplace partners' warehouse, meaning they will originate from the country where the marketplace partners' warehouse is located. Please remember, any customs and duties associated with your order's delivery are your responsibility.


Shipping methods


Every marketplace partner dispatches using their selected logistics provider. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will be informed about the specific shipping carrier. Depending on where you are, including, but not limited to, carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DPD may be used for delivery.


Order Tracking


Once the order is dispatched, we will update you with an email containing the tracking information. You can also monitor your order via the 'Orders & Returns' section in your platform account.


Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns


We accept items returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned item(s) must comply with the following return policy and requirements:


  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with tags attached, and original packaging and documents included.

  • Item(s) must be packed securely to ensure the parcel containing item(s) reach the marketplace partner in their original condition, and undamaged.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and additionally placed inside a protective box when returned (i.e. branded box, if there has been any, must be covered when returning).

  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached, unused, and in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable.

  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all tags attached, branded packaging and documents provided with it.

  • Made-to-order and/or customised item(s) are non-returnable since they are tailored to your preferences unless they are delivered to you damaged or defective.

  • Damaged, defective, faulty or incorrect item(s) return require contacting our Client Support before item(s) returning at [email protected].


Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. It is expressly understood that you shall bear the shipping cost for item(s) being returned, unless otherwise specified by the marketplace in writing.


Exchanges


Unfortunately currently, we are unable to process exchanges. Please process a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a separate order for the new item(s) you wish to receive.


How to Return


You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of your item(s) to notify us of your wish to return the item(s).


Option 1 (via email):


  1. Write an email to [email protected] and notify us of your wish to return the item(s) identification. Please fill in the order number and the item(s) which you want to return.

  2. No later than within two working days we will provide you the correct return address for you to arrange a dispatch directly to the marketplace partner.

  3. Post the item(s) back to the marketplace partner via your local post office providing the indicated return address, received from us via email. Do not forget to keep the receipt of the fact of sending the item(s) out until the delivery is reached by the marketplace partner. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item(s) to reach the marketplace partner, may vary. If you are worried that the returned item(s) delivery is about to exceed the fourteen (14) calendar days time limit while transporting, please contact us at [email protected].

  4. Once the item(s) is returned to the marketplace partner, we will issue you a full refund for item(s), withholding the original cost of the initial shipping.


NB! Please note, without notifying us of your intent to return the item(s), we cannot process your return request and issue a refund.


NB! Please note, item(s) returns are at the cost of the customer, unless otherwise specified by the marketplace in writing. Please include the return paperwork as any received with your order, so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.


Option 2 (via the seamm.io marketplace platform account):


  1. Visit seamm.io marketplace platform.

  2. Login to your account.

  3. Go to > My Account > Orders.

  4. Find the order you want to return and click ‘Return Item(s)’.

  5. Select a reason for the return from the drop-down.

  6. Send the return request by clicking ‘Submit return request’.

  7. You will be provided the instructions on how to return your item(s) directly in your account no later than within twenty-four (24) hours.

  8. Ship out the item(s) you want to submit in the return request as per indicated in the instructions you have received.

  9. Once your item(s) is/are received by the marketplace partner, we will process your refund to your original payment method, withholding the initial shipping costs.


Refunds


After the marketplace partner receives and approves your return, you will be refunded the full price of the item(s).

Please note that we do not cover the initial shipping, or any duties & taxes, and/or return costs.

Refunds can take up to fourteen (14) calendar days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Non-returnable Items


Please bear in mind that, unless faulty (defective or incorrect item(s), we cannot accept returns for the following item(s): made-to-order; customised; bespoke; personalized or perishable; tried on, open and/or unpacked undergarments, swimwear and beauty products. As stated on the relevant item page at the moment of purchase.


Errors or Damaged Items


In the unlikely event you receive defective or incorrect item(s) (faulty), contact us at [email protected] with photographic evidence providing the description of the event. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and will be happy to assist you with the return of the faulty item no later than within twenty-four (24) hours. Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.


Cancelled Items


In the event that you have already submitted payment and our platform is in possession of these funds, yet is unable to complete the order of item(s) (e.g. due to reasons such as out-of-stock item(s)), we are committed to issuing a full refund to you no later than within two (2) business days.
